How to Book “Turtle Lake”

1. Confirm the Availability

Check the availability of the dates you require by email or telephone (availability changes frequently, please confirm dates prior to completing a booking form). This should be done before confirming flights.

Read the Additional Information (below) for registration and security deposit details.

3. Complete a Booking Form

A booking form can be sent to you upon request (full mailing address required). 

Alternatively print off a copy of the “Booking Form” from this website, complete and send with

the required deposit to the address below.

4. Pay Your Deposit

A deposit of £200 UK / $350 (US) per week of rental is due at the time of booking deposit is

 non-refundable.

Payment in full is required where the date of booking is within 8 weeks of date of agreed rental.

How to pay: We accept UK Sterling, USD cheques; alternatively you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in sterling or USD. Please note this transaction will be subject to a 3% surcharge.  We can accept other currencies via PayPal.Post completed and signed booking form together with deposit to:

Provisional reservations will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the signed booking confirmation and deposit.

Full balance is due 8 weeks prior of travel.   

Additional Information. 

Travel directions and access information will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to date of travel.  Entrance to the house is by “Key Pad Code” (No keys are used).  Please keep this information secure and remember not to leave it behind.

Florida Law requires all guests to be registered and this process should be completed on arrival, with our management company as soon as possible after arrival. A signed credit card imprint (Visa/Master Card) is required to be lodged with the management company as security against loss or damage.  See Terms and Conditions for full details.

Upon arrival at “Turtle Lake” please take time to read the “Turtle Lake information folder" which can be found in the family room.  This gives you information regarding contacting our Managing Agent, it also includes safety information regarding your stay, please read and familiarise yourself with the salient points, these may prove vital and save you time in the long run.
