What can you expect when you
visit Turtle
Lake
The lake, facing south is a
haven for many different birds and wild life, including of course turtles, all
this can be seen from the screened pool and deck area. The lanai, a covered
area adjoining the house is fully equipped for outdoor dining, whether breakfast
in the sun or dinner in the warmth of the evening, it is something you could get
used to. The sun loungers allow you to take full advantage of Florida’s
wonderful weather, to relax, or dry off after a dip in the pool.
Our family home is situated in a
quiet residential and pleasant community, located just 20
minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. Sarasota and
the bay area are 15 minutes away, while supermarkets, restaurants and shopping
opportunities are as little as 10 minutes away by car.
Our home is maintained and
decorated to the highest standards.

area. Solar heated pool, complete with pool lighting. Supplementary pool
heating optional extra for the winter months. |

Bed linen and house towels
are provided, also pool towels. Beach towels are not provided - we ask that house/pool towels are
not taken to the beach. |

Air-conditioned, tastefully
decorated fully equipped through out including hair dryer and ceiling fans in
all bedrooms and family room. |
