Add Florida Sales / Tourist Tax @ 10.5% to all rates

Rates for the house are  Week / Night / Month.

Utilities, Linen/towels & Final cleaning are included in the rate.

Maximum occupancy:- 4 Bedroom = 8 people + One infant cot.

RATE GUIDE:-

Minimum rental period 7 nights.  (Saturday – Saturday preferred).

Full weeks (7/14/21/28 nights etc) are calculated using the weekly rate.

Part weeks are calculated using the nightly rate.

Monthly rentals starting from 28 nights are calculated using monthly rate.

Periods over 28 nights are calculated pro-rata, except holiday season weeks which are not discounted.

Monthly rentals covering two seasons are calculated pro-rata.

We reserve the right to amend our published rates.

SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES:-

Electric Pool Heating - £75 per week/ £11 per day.

Infant Cot (travel style) - £25 per week/ £4 per day 

Rates for long lets available on request.
